Since 1989, Michael Fischette has been CEO of Concord Engineering, a full-service engineering, energy consulting, commissioning, and construction management firm with offices in Voorhees, Philadelphia, Princeton, and Atlantic City, employing a staff of 100 engineers and designers. The firm enjoys a national reputation for hospitality and gaming facility design and microgrid design for the US military. Mr. Fischette specializes in new construction and creative energy efficiency solutions for facilities and utility infrastructure. Throughout his career, he has focused on innovative mechanical and electrical solutions to support architects, owners, and contractors in a broad range of facility markets. Additionally, his background in energy has allowed him to spearhead many new technologies and market test them, including energy master planning and modeling, microgrids, cogeneration, renewable natural gas, district energy, solar, peak demand optimization, and geothermal HVAC. As a transition team member for two New Jersey governors, Mr. Fischette is a trusted advisor on energy and infrastructure and is a frequent speaker and advisor on energy issues for many of New Jersey’s largest associations. Mr. Fischette holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University; College of Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states and is a Certified GeoExchange Designer.
