Bobbi Dillow-Walsh, Vice President of Sales & Commercial Development at Emera Technologies, leads the go-to-market strategy and execution to enable decentralized clean energy production and consumption for our transitioning energy market with regard to new residential energy development models and regulatory framework. With more than 20 years in the energy sector, her global perspective and entrepreneurial spirit has led Dillow-Walsh to be recognized for her work with many first-of-their-kind projects and solutions designed for resilient and sustainable energy. She leads with a focus on creating strong partnerships and collaboration that deliver economic value and advance safe, clean energy. Dillow-Walsh began her career with ABB Power Grids as a sales engineer and has held industry roles with the Electric Power Research Institute and Schneider Electric in Marketing, Business Development, Product Development, Strategic Accounts, Market Segment Director. From early years in energy applications for nuclear generation, commercial & industrial buildings to most recent years in grid modernization, public-private community microgrids, and the electrification of mobility, Bobbi holds to a commitment to helping energy consumers and producers manage a shift in their energy resources and how we all will manage our usage. Bobbi is a graduate of the Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business and has an MBA from King University. Community and non-profit board contributions to aid early access of STEM education programs creation and funding for public school systems, as well as various industry Working Groups with a focus on the electrification of transportation have been a focus for Bobbi. The last few years she has held board positions committed to advancing decarbonizing grid edge technologies to strengthen our aging grid, as well as aiding the awareness of energy technologies which will create and help sustain equitable energy for the masses. Bobbi lives with her husband, Jason, and two daughters, Nina and Evanne, in Virginia.
