Vince is a Government Affairs Manager with Schneider Electric, responsible for leading the company’s policy efforts in California. During his near decade as a California-based lobbyist working at the nexus of energy and transportation, Vince has been an advocate for a wide array of stakeholders including EV manufacturers, distributed energy resource providers, utility-scale developers, and load-serving entities, securing both legislative and regulatory victories on their behalf. Vince also served as the chief lobbyist for a California climate non-profit, where he led the successful effort to enact legislation requiring the state to set carbon sequestration targets using natural and working lands. Vince earned his JD from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and a degree in history from the University of California, Irvine.
