Dave leads Gallaudet University’s energy management, utilities optimization, and sustainability initiatives. In this role, Dave is responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing capital project and operational improvements to ensure that Gallaudet’s energy needs are met in the most cost effective, reliable, and environmentally responsible manner possible. Alongside his expertise in energy and sustainability, Dave offers a distinctive blend of proficiencies spanning real estate, finance, and public policy. Dave holds an MBA from the University of Michigan with a focus in sustainable urban development and finance.
