Nate is a program management and leadership expert with more than two decades of experience leading technically complex design and construction engineering efforts. A former Navy officer, he directed procurement and construction of submarines and their supporting systems and held roles overseeing ship maintenance, repair, and contract management. Nate holds a Naval Engineer's degree and an SM in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MS in Earth and Planetary Sciences from the University of New Mexico, and a BS in Geology from Cornell University.
