Patrick serves as the Director of Planning and Development for the City of Euclid, leading economic development, community development, planning, and zoning work. With more than a decade's experience in local government and development, he has focused on the creation and implementation of resilient and sustainable projects that support long-term affordability and job access. To accomplish this work, he has implemented creative financing approaches to bring catalytic projects to reality. Recent work has involved the use of C-PACE, TIF, CDBG, CRA, and HOME funds.
