Greg is a co-founder and currently serves as the Managing Director of CleanSource Capital, the specialty finance affiliate of the Abundant Power Group, based in Charlotte, NC. Greg has spent his 35 year career assisting privately-held business owners and entrepreneurs and their advisors in creating, growing, and capitalizing their businesses and monetizing the value in the same through devising and executing strategies in the capital markets. He has worked extensively with both financial parties, such as private equity groups, mezzanine lenders, senior lenders, and bond underwriters, as well as strategic parties, in executing transactions. For the past 20 years he has worked in the clean energy and environmental sustainability sectors, arranging capital formation strategies for financing of projects that generate sustainable energy and savings while reducing dependence on fossil fuels and the associated emissions to help mitigate climate change, conserve environmental resources, and decarbonize our society. Greg has been involved in the start-up of additional affiliates of the Abundant Power Group, including SAVES Green Capital which designs and administers environmental sustainability financing programs and Climate Capital Partners which manages a RBIC for investing into distributed generation projects in rural communities. Greg is also a co-founder of SustainRNG, a vertically integrated developer/operator of low CI RNG projects, and a co-founder of Nacelle Solutions, a leading gas conditioning service provider in the oil and gas and biogas sectors.
