Nicole is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of utility industry experience at PG&E, where she has held key roles across multiple business lines, consistently focusing on enhancing customer experience and successful project delivery. Throughout her career, Nicole has had the privilege of being part of several transformative initiatives, including PG&E’s first Smart Meter deployment, the implementation of California’s Cap & Trade Market, and the advancement of Residential Rate Reform. She has also managed large-scale projects for transportation agencies, data centers, and tech clients.

Currently, as part of PG&E’s Innovation organization, Nicole is focused on developing clean community microgrids, furthering the adoption of sustainable energy solutions to help strengthen community resilience.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
