Justin Kramer is the Director of Innovative Technologies at the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC), where he spearheads cutting-edge projects that shape OUC's future. With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Sustainable Energy Engineering from Florida State University (FSU), Justin brings deep expertise in hydrogen combustion, fuel cells, electrolysis, electric vehicles (EVs), microgrids, and photovoltaic (PV) technologies.

At OUC, he leads a teams of engineers and analysts driving advancements in Vehicle-to-Grid integration, hydrogen solutions, microgrids, and other emerging technologies. Additionally, his team is driving data centralization and governance, ensuring rapid and reliable insights that position OUC as a data-driven utility of the future.
