Erica Stephens is an accomplished leader with 11 years of experience at Georgia Power, where she heads the team responsible for developing and executing customer resiliency programs. Under her guidance, the team expertly navigates customers through every stage of the Distributed Energy Resource (DER) project lifecycle— from initial education and project development, to implementation and ongoing support. Erica previously led the Georgia Power behind-the-meter solar team and also held roles in laboratory and environmental groups within the company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Science in Environmental Sciences from Louisiana State University.
