Rita has multiple years of application engineering experience, helping customers with technical products and continuously improving user experience. At Xylem, she conducted extensive beta testing of environmental instrumentation and worked with customers in field applications. At Xendee, she supports users through troubleshooting, modeling support, and acts as the main resource for new user onboarding. She studied Environmental Engineering and GIS at The Ohio State University and received a MEng in Ocean Engineering from UC Berkeley.
