Sara Rossi is the Managing Director, Health Resiliency Fund at Direct Relief, a leading global humanitarian organization based in Santa Barbara, California. In this role, she leads Direct Relief's efforts and grantmaking strategies to strengthen healthcare infrastructure in the U.S. and around the world. This includes the Power for Health Initiative which funds the design and installation of solar microgrid technologies at primary care facilities globally. Sara has 15 years of experience in global public health and healthcare financing, supporting the U.S. healthcare safety net and the governments of more than 15 countries across Asia-Pacific, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America & the Caribbean. She holds an MPH and MPA from Columbia University and received her BA from UCLA.
