Natasha Keefer is Vice President of Energy Solutions – Americas at Prologis, where she leads the team responsible for origination and commercial structuring across the energy portfolio, including on-site, community, and utility applications. She brings 20 years of experience spanning energy, sustainability, and utility markets, and is responsible for advancing energy strategies and solutions that enable scalable, resilient, and sustainable infrastructure.

Prior to joining Prologis, Natasha served as Vice President of Power Supply at Clean Power Alliance, where she oversaw CAISO market operations, energy procurement, contract management, compliance, and long-term planning for one of California’s largest load-serving entities. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Renewable Resources Group, Edison Water Resources, Berkshire Hathaway Energy Renewables, and Southern California Edison, developing deep expertise in sustainable infrastructure development, energy finance, and utility strategy across domestic and international markets.

Natasha holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
