Cynthia Arellano is the Senior Program Manager at the Honnold Foundation, where she advances the organization’s mission to support marginalized communities in leading the transition to renewable energy. Her work focuses on trust-based partnerships, grantmaking, and program implementation that center community leadership and equity.

Cynthia supports innovative, solar-based projects that address energy access and resilience, including the Adjuntas community microgrid in Puerto Rico. She collaborates closely with communities most impacted by energy and climate inequities to help shift narratives around what’s possible for energy access, grounding her work in partnership, respect, and community expertise.
